Job summary

A leading consulting firm in Toronto is seeking an experienced Sr. Service Designer who will be responsible for leading multidisciplinary service design projects. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in solution functional design, with proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or Salesforce CRM, and FIGMA Prototyping. This position offers a hybrid work model requiring three days onsite and two days remote.

Qualifications

• More than 7 years of experience with solution functional design.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or Salesforce CRM.
• Experience with FIGMA Prototyping.
• Experience with User Experience & User Interface Design.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate concurrent service design projects.
• Act as the primary service design consultant within multidisciplinary teams.
• Plan and coordinate design and implementation of new service delivery solutions.
• Research and analyze integrated service requirements with a user-centered perspective.

Skills

Experienced in solution functional design
