Are you passionate about transforming user experiences with data-driven service design strategies? This is your opportunity to lead impactful initiatives that shape end-to-end digital service journeys across multiple touchpoints.
We're looking for a seasoned Service Design professional with:
6+ years in service/UX design
Strong hands-on experience with VSM, service blueprinting, and user-centered design
Expertise in user research, workshop facilitation, and strategic UX design
Proven ability to guide cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders
A collaborative, analytical, and agile mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
What you'll be doing:
Mapping service blueprints & user journeys
Conducting stakeholder research and engagement
Leading discovery workshops and user testing
Recommending scalable, efficient service delivery models
Driving measurable user and business outcomes
Bonus if you have:
Lean Green/Black Belt certification
Experience with design systems and coaching teams
This role is hybrid, so you must be comfortable collaborating onsite with teams and stakeholders in Toronto.
