We're looking for a seasoned Service Design professional with:
6+ years in service/UX design
Strong hands-on experience with VSM, service blueprinting, and user-centered design
Expertise in user research, workshop facilitation, and strategic UX design
Proven ability to guide cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders
A collaborative, analytical, and agile mindset with a passion for continuous improvement

What you'll be doing:

• Mapping service blueprints & user journeys

• Conducting stakeholder research and engagement

• Leading discovery workshops and user testing

• Recommending scalable, efficient service delivery models

• Driving measurable user and business outcomes

Bonus if you have:

• Lean Green/Black Belt certification

• Experience with design systems and coaching teams

This role is hybrid, so you must be comfortable collaborating onsite with teams and stakeholders in Toronto.
