Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Service Designer to join our team. The role involves:

1. Integrating human-centred design methods into program review and digital transformation projects.
2. Analyzing and documenting project outcomes, focusing on efficiency for staff and accessibility for citizens.
3. Assessing user and employee experience across various channels (mobile, web, social media, phone, face-to-face, print, mail) to identify gaps and opportunities.
4. Planning and delivering activities based on user and client needs, including:

• User and behavioural field research
• Prototype design and testing
• Concept testing
• Journey mapping and service blueprint development
• Process mapping
• Service prototyping
• User story mapping and creation
• Usability testing
• Service performance measurement, analysis, and reporting
• Strategy and roadmap development

Depicting the end-to-end service journey, needs, opportunities, solutions, and metrics.

Planning the integration of design and development work into the overall service experience and measuring results.

Collaborating with program teams to co-design and develop new processes and policies for change management.

Planning the integration of new solutions into current service operations, considering impacts such as service migration, policy innovation, organizational change, and culture.
