Job summary

Marketbridge seeks a Senior Manager SEM to lead paid search strategy, execution, and performance for multiple client programs, driving demand, pipeline and revenue outcomes.

You will oversee Google Ads and Microsoft Ads planning, optimization, and budgeting, while mentoring team members and collaborating with analytics, strategy, and CRM teams to advance automation and measurement across accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SEM experience with complex campaigns and multiple client accounts.
• Demonstrated B2B SEM experience with revenue outcomes.
• Advanced hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including optimization and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead SEM strategy and execution across multiple client accounts, primarily Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Translate client goals into paid search strategies, plans, and KPIs.
• Oversee campaign structure, bidding, audience targeting, and ongoing optimization.
• Forecast SEM budgets and monitor CPA, ROAS, and pipeline impact.
• Mentor SEM team members and collaborate with analytics, strategy, and CRM teams.
