Job summary

MANNARINO Systems & Software Inc. is seeking a Satellite Bus System Engineer to design and verify platform subsystems for current and next-generation satellites.

You will lead architecture development, interface control, and mission-level traceability while coordinating with payload teams and external suppliers. The role requires extensive experience in spacecraft bus subsystems, power electronics, and attitude control hardware, with a focus on high reliability and flight-grade engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or Physics.
• Strong background in aerospace systems engineering principles and space-grade design practices.

Responsibilities

• Translate mission requirements into system-level platform requirements and allocate them across subsystems.
• Lead trade studies on structural, thermal, and power concepts and support feasibility analyses.
• Oversee detailed design of platform subsystems and support verification activities.
• Coordinate ICDs between payload and platform teams and engage stakeholders.
• Develop verification plans, test matrices, and IV&V activities.
• Mentor multidisciplinary teams and contribute to engineering standards.
