MANNARINO Systems & Software Inc. is seeking a System Engineer to perform design, integration, verification, and operational support of TT&C/PDT subsystems for satellite programs. You will interface with payload teams, ground-segment developers, and mission-operations teams to ensure reliable command delivery and robust data handling throughout the satellite life-cycle.

The role requires a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and 8+ years TT&C/PDT design experience, with familiarity with CCSDS/ECSS

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace or related field.
• Strong knowledge of CCSDS TM/TC packet standards, ECSS telemetry & command protocols, PUS services and ITU frequency regulations.
• Hands-on testing and integration experience in TT&C/PDT systems.

Responsibilities

• Define TT&C/PDT functional architecture (command generation, uplink, telemetry downlink, on-board data handling, RF front-end).
• Lead hardware (TT&C transceiver, RF front-ends) and software (command sequencer, telemetry parser) design.
• Develop test plans, verification matrices and conduct RF link testing and BER analysis.
• Mentor junior engineers and interact with customers and vendors.
