A leading information management company in York Region, Richmond Hill, is seeking a skilled candidate for a critical role managing HR applications such as SAP SuccessFactors. This position requires at least 5 years of experience in the SuccessFactors Suite and related applications, focusing on technical ownership and collaboration with HR teams. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package and a salary range of $67,200 - $110,400, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in SuccessFactors Suite and related integrated applications.
• Strong understanding of HR specific business processes.
• Experience with full cycle implementations of SuccessFactors Employee Central.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and upgrade the SAP SuccessFactors suite, Time and Attendance, and Payroll.
• Create functional and technical specification documents.
• Provide ongoing technical expertise and operational consultation.
