Job summary

BRP is seeking a Business Partner, SAP & Finance Systems to advance as a financial-systems analyst, focusing on SAP S/4 HANA. You will join a cross-functional team, learning to deliver state-of-the-art business solutions and training materials for finance processes.

The role emphasizes data migration, process design, testing, and user support as BRP moves toward leading SAP expertise within finance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in administration required.
CPA certification is required or strongly preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in finance systems or SAP environments.
Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
Knowledge of SAP FI/CO/SD modules is an asset.
Strong analytical and synthesis skills; ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Assimilate the financial data model developed by the project team.
Coordinate validation, mapping, cleansing, conversion, and migration of financial data.
Participate in financial process design and development workshops.
Run test scenarios and support user training.
Develop training materials for financial processes and provide user training.
Support users after implementation.
