Job summary

EY Technology Consulting seeks a Senior Manager – FICO to lead SAP financial transformations within Enterprise Applications. You will drive end-to-end SAP projects, interface daily with clients, and steer cross-functional teams to deliver value while expanding EY's ERP advisory business.

The role emphasizes leadership, sales-driven mindset, and advanced SAP Finance expertise, including S/4HANA and regulatory knowledge relevant to finance processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and about 8 years of related work experience at minimum.
• Degree in accounting/finance or related field; MBA or business degree preferred.
• At least 6+ years with SAP Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, etc.) and full life cycle implementations.
• Experience documenting business requirements for client and technical teams.
• Experience creating project documentation and training materials.
• Experience with financial and management accounting within an ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Develop methodologies, tools, approaches and accelerators for ERP advisory.
• Lead finance transformation initiatives and end-to-end ERP process optimization.
• Manage large SAP engagements, monitor risk, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to align finance objectives.
