Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager to lead SAP-enabled finance transformations for Financial Services clients in Canada. You will drive end-to-end SAP S/4HANA projects across banking, capital markets and insurance, translating regulatory needs into scalable SAP solutions.

Collaborating with EY teams, you’ll shape the SAP FS practice, mentor staff, and manage diverse delivery environments to ensure quality and compliance across engagements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP implementation experience within Financial Services.
• Hands-on SAP finance modules experience: FI/CO, Group Reporting, FS-GL, FS-CD.
• Experience in a consulting or professional services environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA finance transformation programs for Financial Services clients across banking, capital markets, and insurance.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, translating business and regulatory requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
• Drive solution design and delivery across SAP finance and Financial Services–specific capabilities, ensuring alignment with EY methodologies and quality standards.
• Manage complex delivery environments, including onshore and offshore teams and alliance partners.
