Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager to lead SAP-enabled finance transformations for Financial Services clients. You’ll drive end-to-end programs across banking, capital markets, and insurance, translating regulatory requirements into scalable SAP solutions.

You will grow EY’s SAP FS practice, shape offerings, and mentor teams while navigating complex delivery environments. A strong consulting background and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years SAP implementation experience in Financial Services.
• Hands‑on experience across SAP finance modules (FI/CO, FS‑GL, FS‑CD).
• Experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA finance transformation programs for FS clients across banking, capital markets, and insurance.
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
• Drive design and delivery across SAP Finance and FS-specific capabilities.
• Manage complex delivery environments, including onshore and offshore teams and partners.
• Coach and mentor EY professionals and develop talent within the SAP FS team.
• Ensure EY risk management, independence, and quality assurance adherence.
