Job summary

Swatch Group Canada / Swatch Group Services seeks a Senior IT Manager—Enterprise Applications & SAP to lead the Americas IT Hub. You will manage a 12+ person team across Canada, the US, and Mexico, directing SAP, retail, and e-commerce platforms to support Finance, Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service.

You will drive SAP architecture, ABAP/Fiori governance, and S/4HANA migration strategies, while ensuring ITIL-aligned processes and cross-border collaboration with Swiss and regional teams.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of IT experience with people management and enterprise application delivery.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in an international environment.
• Strong SAP architecture knowledge across FICO, SD, MM, CS; API and SAP BTP integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, recruit, and mentor a multidisciplinary IT team of 12+ direct reports.
• Develop the Americas IT Hub and position it as a strategic business partner.
• Prioritize change requests and manage the regional project roadmap.
• Oversee application support, incidents, releases, and regression testing.
• Guide architecture choices and promote standardized, cost-efficient solutions.
• Foster collaboration with Swiss Group teams, CFOs, and regional units.
• Ensure service quality, security, data privacy, and access control.
