Job summary

Swatch Group Canada / Swatch Group Services seeks a Senior IT Manager – Enterprise Applications & SAP to lead the Americas IT Hub from Toronto, overseeing SAP ecosystems, retail systems, and e-commerce across Canada, the U.S., and Mexico.

You will manage a 12+ person team, align technology with business priorities, and drive standardized, scalable solutions in a 100% on-site role based in Toronto.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of IT experience and people management.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in an international environment.
• Strong architectural understanding of SAP and its FICO, SD, MM, and CS modules.
• Knowledge of API and SAP BTP integrations, ABAP and Fiori development governance, Clean Core principles, and S/4HANA migration strategies.
• Solid grounding in ITIL practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead, recruit, and mentor a multidisciplinary IT team of 12+ direct reports.
• Develop the Americas IT Hub and strengthen its role as a strategic business partner.
• Prioritize change requests and manage the regional project roadmap.
• Oversee application support, incident management, releases, and regression testing.
• Guide architectural decisions and promote pragmatic, standardized, sustainable, and cost-efficient solutions.
• Foster collaboration between corporate teams in Switzerland, regional CFOs, brand headquarters, and regional business units.
• Ensure service quality, alignment with Group standards, system security, data privacy, and appropriate segregation of access rights.
