Overview

Salesforce FSC Developer (Financial Services Cloud) — Location: Toronto, ON. Hybrid model (Onsite–Offshore model supported).

Experience: 6–10+ years overall IT experience; 4–8+ years Salesforce development experience; strong BFSI / Wealth / Banking domain exposure.

Role Summary

The Salesforce FSC Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) solutions for banking, wealth management, and insurance clients. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows, along with a solid understanding of the FSC data model and financial services business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Salesforce FSC Development
  • Develop and enhance Salesforce FSC features, including:
  • Client and Household Management
  • Financial Accounts, Assets, and Liabilities
  • Relationships, Life Events, Goals, and Referrals
• Customize FSC objects and extend the industry data model based on business requirements
• Build scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, and Flows

Configuration & Customization

• Implement and configure:
• Custom objects, fields, and validation rules
• Record types, page layouts, and dynamic forms
• Business automation using Flows and Process Builder (where applicable)

• Configure Salesforce security:
• Profiles
• Permission Sets
• Roles and Sharing Rules

Integrations & Data Handling

• Develop and consume REST/SOAP APIs for integrations with:
• Core Banking and Wealth platforms
• KYC/AML and onboarding systems
• External data providers
• Support data migration and reconciliation using:
• Data Loader
• Workbench
• SOQL / SOSL

Quality, Testing & Deployment

• Write unit tests and test classes to meet Salesforce code coverage standards
• Support SIT, UAT, and production releases
• Work with CI/CD pipelines using:
• Salesforce DX

• Identify and fix defects, performance issues, and production incidents

Agile Delivery

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
