Job summary

Swoon is seeking a senior, hands-on Salesforce leader who can balance delivery and strategic responsibilities. You will lead a team of 20+ Salesforce developers (onshore/offshore) and own platform architecture and FSC platforms.

You will define the Salesforce strategy and roadmap for large-scale programs, work with business stakeholders to shape priorities, drive platform resiliency, and coordinate multiple Agile teams. Fully remote in Canada, initial 12-month contract with potential extension.

Job description

We are targeting a senior, hands-on Salesforce leader who can balance both delivery and strategic responsibilities. The ideal candidate should:Lead a team of ~20+ Salesforce developers (onshore/offshore)

• Have strong hands-on Salesforce experience (FSC preferred) including Apex, LWC, integrations, and platform architecture
• Bring experience defining Salesforce strategy and roadmap for large-scale programs
• Work closely with business stakeholders to shape priorities and deliver outcomes
• Manage multiple Agile teams and coordinate across workstreams. Strong Agile process knowledge and able to set up and lead using scaled agile.
• Drive platform resiliency, scalability, and overall engineering maturity
• Be able to navigate complex environments and lead through ambiguity
• Fully Remote (Canada, preferred in Toronto)
• Initial 12-month contract
• Strong potential to extend up to 24 months
• Possibility to convert to a full-time employee
• Compensation: T4: $75/hr-$82/hr |IC: $88/hr-92/hr
