Cognizant is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead in Canada to drive end-to-end technical design, development, implementation and production support of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Consumer Goods Cloud. Qualifications

• 8-12+ years Salesforce experience including Technical Lead responsibilities.
• Hands-on development with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, APIs.
• Experience implementing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud.
• Strong offline/mobile solutions experience with offline synchronization and performance optimization.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security, governor limits, and deployment processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical design, development, implementation, and production support of Salesforce solutions across Clouds.
• Serve as technical POC for customer stakeholders, lead incident management and root-cause analysis.
• Provide hands-on expertise across LWC, Apex, and integrations; mentor developers and manage CI/CD and deployments.
• Lead Consumer Goods Cloud implementations for field sales and store execution with offline enablement.
• Provide technical leadership through reviews, troubleshooting, and environment management.
