Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead to drive end-to-end technical design, development, and production support for Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Consumer Goods Cloud. You will collaborate with business and IT stakeholders, architects, PO/BA, QA, and developers to deliver scalable, secure solutions.

The role requires hands-on expertise in LWC, Apex, Triggers, and integrations, plus strong leadership for code reviews, CI/CD, and deployments.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of Salesforce experience, including experience as a Technical Lead and the ability to independently own technical solution delivery.
• Strong hands-on development experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, Salesforce APIs, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Strong implementation experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud.
• Strong experience with Salesforce mobile and offline solutions, including offline synchronization, caching, connectivity constraints, data conflicts, error handling, and performance optimization.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing models, governor limits, performance optimization, Git, CI/CD, DevOps, and Salesforce deployment processes.

Responsibilities

About the role

As a Salesforce Technical Lead, you will make an impact by leading the end-to-end technical design, development, implementation, and production support of enterprise Salesforce solutions. You will work collaboratively with customer business and IT stakeholders, Solution Architects, Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA teams, and Salesforce developers to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.

In this role, you will:

• Lead end-to-end technical design, development, implementation, and production support of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Consumer Goods Cloud.
• Serve as a key technical point of contact for customer stakeholders and lead Incident Management activities, including troubleshooting production issues, root-cause analysis, and service improvements.

• Experience supporting offline mobile capabilities for field users.
• Strong technical leadership experience, including design reviews, code reviews, troubleshooting, and mentoring Salesforce developers.
• Strong customer collaboration skills and experience working closely with business, product, operations, and IT stakeholders.

Salary and Other Compensation

We regularly assess market data to ensure we offer a competitive compensation package for our associates. The base salary for this position ranges between $77,000 pa - $125,000 pa CAD. Where the successful candidate may fall within the range depends on relevant education, work and/or management experience and other business-related and job-necessary qualifications. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual performance-based bonus, as well as benefits that support your physical, mental and financial wellbeing
