T1A is seeking an experienced Salesforce Sales professional to join our team as a Senior Salesforce Sales Manager. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the sales of Salesforce consulting services to new and existing clients. We are looking for someone with a proven track record in selling consulting services to enterprise and mid-sized businesses.
Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
Identify, qualify, and pursue leads to generate new business
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets set by the company
Collaborate closely with the consulting team to ensure exceptional client satisfaction
Stay informed about industry trends and developments to refine sales strategies
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in selling CRM consulting services or products, preferably Salesforce
Proven track record of success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Experience in working with the regional Salesforce team
