Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce development and a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem to meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Custom Application Development: Develop custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Database Management: Design and manage data models, write complex queries, and ensure data integrity.
• Integration: Build and maintain integrations with third-party services using REST APIs.
• Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Implement and manage pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and debug code to ensure smooth system operation.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Team and Technical Leadership: Act as both a team lead and technical lead to ensure best development practices are followed daily across the team.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, SOQL, Salesforce APIs, and CI/CD pipeline tools.
• Certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Certified Architect (Preferred).
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
