Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design & Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives and organization goals

  • Identify, diagnose and resolve production incidents within the Salesforce platform, including bugs, performance problems and integration related issues

  • Stay current in Salesforce's development platform and implement Salesforce development best practices

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, to enhance/upgrade integration with other systems, data management and overall system architecture

  • Participate in the planning and execution of Salesforce releases and upgrades, ensuring a smooth transition for end users

  • Provide support for biweekly releases

Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science

  • 5 -7 years of Salesforce Platform experience, delivering salesforce projects which includes configuration, customization and development

  • Deep understanding of the salesforce platform and its architecture and product suite including sales and service cloud

  • Strong hands-on experience with the Lightning platform including Apex coding(Trigger, Batch), Lightning Web Components, Aura framework, SLDS and flows

  • Experience integrating Salesforce applications with third party systems using REST API, SOAP API, External Services

  • Experience setting up Omni channel routing and Live Agent

  • 2+ years of experience in package-based deployments with CI/CD pipelines

  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

  • Proactive and a good team player
