Roles & Responsibilities
Design & Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives and organization goals
Identify, diagnose and resolve production incidents within the Salesforce platform, including bugs, performance problems and integration related issues
Stay current in Salesforce's development platform and implement Salesforce development best practices
Work closely with cross-functional teams, to enhance/upgrade integration with other systems, data management and overall system architecture
Participate in the planning and execution of Salesforce releases and upgrades, ensuring a smooth transition for end users
Provide support for biweekly releases
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in computer science
5 -7 years of Salesforce Platform experience, delivering salesforce projects which includes configuration, customization and development
Deep understanding of the salesforce platform and its architecture and product suite including sales and service cloud
Strong hands-on experience with the Lightning platform including Apex coding(Trigger, Batch), Lightning Web Components, Aura framework, SLDS and flows
Experience integrating Salesforce applications with third party systems using REST API, SOAP API, External Services
Experience setting up Omni channel routing and Live Agent
2+ years of experience in package-based deployments with CI/CD pipelines
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Proactive and a good team player
