The Role

As the Senior Sales Manager for Canada, you’ll drive growth across key sectors by owning the full sales cycle—from lead generation to contract negotiation. You’ll play a critical role in identifying automation opportunities, developing client relationships, and closing deals across greenfield and brownfield sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full sales cycle for autonomous mobile robotics (AMR) solutions
  • Develop and expand relationships with enterprise customers, integrators, and channel partners
  • Conduct consultative sales to understand client needs and build tailored proposals
  • Collaborate with engineering and technical teams on solution design and ROI models
  • Navigate complex B2B sales with multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual terms aligned with business goals
  • Accurately manage your pipeline and forecasts using CRM tools
  • Represent the company at tradeshows, site visits, and client demos
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to execute GTM strategies

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven success in technical sales within automation, robotics, logistics, or fulfillment technology
  • Strong network in Canadian warehousing, 3PL, or manufacturing sectors
  • Experience in consultative and solution-based selling
  • Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively at all organizational levels, including C-suite
  • Highly organized with excellent CRM skills (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Willingness to travel 60–80% across Canada
  • Bilingual (English / French) is a plus
