As a Sales Capture Senior Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Create solutions to complex technology business problems or opportunities requiring in-depth knowledge of client needs.
- Interact with senior management levels at clients and within Accenture, determine pursuit strategies, develop client messaging plans and relationships, and apply industry-leading Oracle transformation strategies and practices.
- Operate with latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments.
- Operate within large teams and direct specific team sales activities.
- Travel may be required for this role, ranging from 25% to 100% depending on business needs and client requirements.
What you need:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in selling CG&S, Retail Products.
- Minimum of 8 years of originating and shaping complex deals for a major consulting and/or professional services organization.
- Minimum of 8 years of sales pursuit management experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of direct sales experience with quota, preferably exceeding $10M+.
- Minimum of 2 years recent experience selling CG&S, Retail Products.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. If holding an Associate’s Degree, a minimum of 6 years work experience is required.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience working within G2000 customers.
- Experience with C-Level client relationship building and management.
- Proven ability to operate within a team-oriented environment.
