As the Senior Manager, Sales,your main objective will be to build an engaged, highly motivated, and incredibly skilled new business Sales team who are perfectly positioned to support Thinkific’s Plus customers. We’re looking for a people-first, performance-driven leader to coach and scale our high-impact Account Executive team. You’ll work to support the Account Executives as they look to qualify and convert sales opportunities, while working with the team to ensure we provide an incredible customer experience that results in revenue generation to support Thinkific’s growth.

The recruitment compensation range for this position is $120,000 – $160,000 CAD (plus commission – variable comp $65,000 – $80,000). Your specific compensation within this range is determined based on your job-related skills, knowledge, experience, and our internal equity assessment. Additionally, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
