Job summary

Solace Power Inc. in Mount Pearl, NL seeks a Senior Sales Director to lead aerospace and defence sales, building a strong pipeline across Canadian and international customers. You will align with executive leadership, engineering and marketing to shape the sales plan and close key opportunities.

You will travel frequently to support customer engagements, manage relationships with primes and government stakeholders, and drive revenue growth in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years of progressive sales and business development experience in aerospace and defence.
• MBA and/or a degree in engineering or technology is an asset but not required.
• Proven success closing complex aerospace opportunities with long sales cycles, including design wins or funded programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead aerospace and defence sales and business development activities across priority customers, programs and platforms.
• Develop and execute strategic account and capture plans with milestones, stakeholders and competitive analysis.
• Identify and manage strategic relationships with defence primes, OEMs, system integrators, government agencies and partners.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasting and regular pipeline reviews for executive reporting.
