You’re here to build a qualified pipeline, refine strategy, and lead by example.

What You’ll Do

  • Own outbound strategy for a defined segment or vertical
  • Execute high-conversion outreach across email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Tailor messaging to roles like CFOs, AP, Procurement, and Treasury
  • Analyze performance metrics to improve conversion at every stage
  • Partner with AEs to align outreach with deal strategy
  • Track post-meeting outcomes and drive pipeline accountability
  • Use tools like Close, Apollo, Clay, ChatGPT, or other sales automation platforms-and get results from them

Key Performance Metrics

  • Outbound touches: 500 per week (calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach combined)
  • Live conversations: 10%+ of total outbound
  • Qualified meetings booked: 8+ per week
  • Show rate: 75%+
  • Meeting-to-SQL conversion rate: 30%+ (your meetings should move deals forward)
  • Touches per meeting booked: 20-30
  • Pipeline influenced (qualified): $200K per month
  • Persona-based outbound campaigns launched: 2 per month

  • 2+ years of SDR or outbound sales experience (FinTech or SaaS a must)
  • Proven record of exceeding pipeline targets
  • Experience building outbound campaigns tailored to buyer roles
  • Strong analytical skills and spotless CRM hygiene-you know your numbers and keep your pipeline clean
  • Coaching mindset and team-first attitude
  • Curiosity to test fast, fail smart, and improve relentlessly
