Role Overview

We're seeking an energetic and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us expand our customer base. As an SDR, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers, setting the stage for successful sales engagements.

What You'll Do

  • Research and qualify prospective customers, identifying key decision-makers within targeted accounts.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, phone, and other channels to generate high-quality leads.
  • Engage prospects effectively, clearly communicating Swif.ai’s value proposition.
  • Schedule qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve lead conversion.
  • Maintain accurate lead and prospect information in CRM (HubSpot).

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable speaking with IT leaders and enterprise decision-makers.
  • Proactive mindset and enthusiasm for technology and security solutions.
  • Experience or interest in selling SaaS products (preferably cybersecurity, compliance, or device management).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and adapt quickly to new challenges.
  • Coachable attitude with eagerness to continuously learn and improve.
