Scope:
As a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be pivotal in driving RecordPoint’s growth through strategic outbound prospecting. This is not a high-volume role but rather a highly-targeted, high-impact position where your ability to research, personalize, and engage decision-makers will directly contribute to the company’s success. You will be given the ownership and autonomy to craft and execute creative outbound campaigns, with direct visibility to leadership and cross-functional teams. Your success in this role will be critical to shaping our outbound strategy and opening doors for future revenue growth.
Unlike traditional SDR roles, this position requires a thoughtful, research-driven approach, leveraging tools such as handwritten notes, personalized landing pages, and custom messaging tailored to enterprise prospects. You will work closely with Senior Enterprise Account Executives, Marketing, RevOps, and other cross-functional teams to drive pipeline growth and opportunity creation.
Additionally, as we refine and prove the success of this model, you will have the opportunity to shape and influence the future of outbound SDRs at RecordPoint, potentially building and leading a larger team.
