Job summary

Empire Roofing Corporation is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Coordinator to support the Sales Manager and commercial sales team. The role focuses on coordinating sales activities, maintaining documentation, managing CRM data, and ensuring an efficient sales process from opportunity through project completion.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who can manage multiple priorities, work with cross-functional teams, and own critical sales administration tasks.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of administrative or sales coordination experience.
• Advanced Salesforce experience including lead management, opportunity tracking, data management and reporting.
• Basic understanding of commercial roofing products, services and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Sales Manager and sales representatives.
• Prepare client-related documents, presentations, proposals, and other sales materials.
• Coordinate information and activities between sales representatives, clients, project teams, and internal departments.
• Support the sales team in maintaining an organized and efficient sales process.
• Assist with customer outreach initiatives and preparation of marketing materials.
• Serve as a Salesforce expert for lead management, pipeline tracking, activity management, and reporting.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, customer interactions, projects, and sales activities.
• Track team sales targets, KPIs, pipeline activity, and project updates.
• Generate and analyze sales performance reports, forecasts, and other management reporting.
