Top Notch Roofing is seeking a Commercial Administrative Assistant (Remote) to support the Commercial Sales Consultant. You will own calendars, track commitments, drive follow-through, and assist with estimating.

This role is the counterweight to a driven salesperson; you’ll bring structure with a warm approach, ensuring no details slip through the cracks while working PST hours from a remote location.

Qualifications

• Own the calendar for the Commercial Sales Consultant with zero conflicts.
• Track commitments through to completion with zero missed follow-ups.
• Prepare take-offs and estimates, including specs, EagleView measurements, and pricing templates.
• Keep JobNimbus accurate with a 95-100% CRM accuracy standard.
• Proactively flag stalled items before they become problems.
• Keep the Sales Consultant organized, prepared, and focused on revenue-generating activities.

We're looking for a Commercial Administrative Assistant to support our Commercial Sales Consultant -- owning their calendar, tracking every commitment, driving follow-through, and supporting estimating.

This role is the counterweight to a driven, relationship-first salesperson. You bring the structure they lack with a "firm hand, warm heart."\

What You'll Own

• Build and defend the Sales Consultant's weekly schedule with zero conflicts
• Track every commitment through to completion with zero missed follow-ups

What You Bring

• Proven experience building or owning a tracking system, CRM, or calendar
• Excellent written English
• Comfort with measurements, pricing, and spreadsheets
• JobNimbus or similar CRM experience
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities remotely

Compensation & Logistics
