Top Notch Roofing is a GAF Master Elite certified commercial roofing company serving the Fraser Valley for over 30 years. We're looking for a Sales Assistant to

support our Commercial Sales Consultant owning their calendar, tracking every commitment, driving follow-through, and supporting estimating.

What You'll Own

• Build and defend the Sales Consultant's weekly schedule with zero conflicts
• Track every commitment to closure, zero missed follow-ups
• Prepare take-offs and estimates (specs, EagleView measurements, pricing templates)
• Keep JobNimbus accurate; CRM accuracy 95-100%
• Flag stalled items proactively
