Job summary

Great Canadian Roofing & Siding in Edmonton is seeking a Client Services Coordinator who will be the first point of contact for inquiries and will help coordinate appointments for Field Estimators.

You will work with the sales team and internal departments to keep processes organized, update CRM systems, track client interactions, and support reporting and documentation to ensure a smooth handoff from sales to production and a positive client experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, customer service, or coordination role.
• Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving abstract.
• Experience supporting sales teams, managing appointments, or working with CRM systems is an asset.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and schedules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM or administrative systems.
• Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry and record keeping skills.
• Effective communication skills to interact with clients, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently while supporting overall team objectives.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming inquiries and coordinate appointments for Field Estimators.
• Schedule visits, confirm details with clients, and ensure information is accurate for the field team.
• Work closely with the sales team and internal departments to keep everything organized and moving forward.
• Update CRM systems and track client interactions to support reporting and documentation.
• Assist with handoff from sales to production and ensure a positive client experience.
