Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Senior Sales Associate to drive sales and capture client data while fostering lasting client relationships. The role supports daily store operations, inventory tasks, and growth of the sales team.

You will work to meet sales targets, build client relationships through outreach and after-sales service, and contribute to coaching and training of the team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of retail experience.
• Organizational skills, accuracy, and reliability.
• Computer skills, including point-of-sale systems, Word, Excel, and email.
• Specialty retail experience and a proven track record in clienteling are preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, multitask, and communicate effectively.
