Job summary

Brobston Group in Montreal is seeking a Senior Sales Associate to drive sales, build client relationships, and uphold premium store standards. You will model exceptional customer service, assist with visual merchandising, and support store operations.

In this role you’ll aim to meet daily, monthly, and annual targets, retain key clients, develop new prospects, and assist with special events, inventory, and opening/closing procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Prior retail or specialty boutique experience selling premium products with a client-focused approach.
• An established client book is preferred.
• Experience in retail environments operating seven days a week and availability to meet business needs.
• Outgoing, energetic, professional, and able to represent the brand lifestyle.
• Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
• Independent work ethic, excellent time-management skills, and high integrity.
• Ability to handle customer interactions and concerns courteously and professionally.
