Job summary

Acestack in Toronto is seeking a Senior RPA Developer with Blue Prism and Power Automate expertise to design, build, deploy, and support end-to-end automation solutions. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to translate processes into scalable automated workflows and mentor team members to drive delivery with governance and security.

The role demands 5–8+ years of experience and a strong foundation in integration, AI-assisted automation, and CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Blue Prism Developer Certification is preferred.
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications PL-500 or PL-900 are preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Nice to have: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Lean/Six Sigma, or business process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain end-to-end RPA workflows using Blue Prism and Power Automate.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, assess feasibility, prioritize initiatives, and estimate effort and business value.
• Analyze, document, and translate business processes into scalable automated solutions.
• Identify technical infrastructure and integration requirements for automation implementations.
• Evaluate and implement intelligent automation capabilities, including document processing, AI-assisted workflows, and data extraction.
• Ensure adherence to automation governance, security controls, development standards, and change management practices.
• Take ownership of automation delivery, timelines, quality, and business outcomes.
• Lead production troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, remediation, and ongoing support for RPA solutions.
• Monitor bot performance and proactively identify opportunities to improve reliability and minimize downtime.
• Incorporate AI and data-driven approaches into automation design and continuous improvement.
• Mentor team members and promote knowledge sharing, reusable development practices, and technical excellence.
