Job summary

ADP Canada is seeking a Senior RPA Developer to lead and support automation initiatives across the Shared Services team. You will design, develop, and deploy Robotic Process Automation solutions using Blue Prism, while collaborating with business partners to ensure successful deliveries.

The role requires strong analysis, client requirement translation, and a proven track record in software development and data-based decision making. Fluency in French and English is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) design and development experience.
• Knowledge of Blue Prism software is required.
• Experience with SQL and Access databases.
• Experience in software development, business analytics, and/or application analytics.
• Bilingual in French/English is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to understand business logic and processes.
• Experience with web services.

Responsibilities

• Analyze processes and identify automation opportunities; define RPA value proposition and recommend approach/strategy.
• Conduct high-level RPA assessments and translate customer requirements for service and solution teams.
• Develop detailed process descriptions and solution design documents for automation projects.
• Develop, configure, and test automation processes; ensure quality through unit testing.
• Support full lifecycle implementation and production maintenance of RPA deployments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders during system tests and UAT to fix bugs with quality.
