Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Platform Engineer – RPA & Automation to design, implement, maintain, and manage enterprise automation platforms across on-premise environments, AWS Cloud, and vendor SaaS platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with UiPath, Power Automate, RPA platform management, AI-enabled agentic automation, AWS, and software development.

The role will focus on enabling automation across enterprise operations, managing platform performance and production support, and ensuring solutions align with technology architecture, security, performance, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain on-premise and cloud-based RPA platforms
• Manage automation platform operations, including production support and performance monitoring
• Develop and maintain automation solutions using UiPath, Power Automate, and similar RPA tools
• Implement AI-enabled and agentic automation solutions
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical designs and software implementations
• Write and configure code while following security, logging, error-handling, performance, and non-functional requirements
• Conduct detailed code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback
• Build and manage production support processes, tiered support models, and escalation procedures
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive root-cause resolution
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define and deliver automation requirements
