Job summary

Miratech is seeking a Senior Routing Engine Developer to design and build the next generation interaction routing platform powering enterprise-scale contact center operations. You will develop core routing engines capable of distributing voice and digital interactions across agents, queues, skills, and channels in real time.

You will work with Java, Spring Boot, distributed architectures, event-driven systems, and cloud-native technologies, collaborating with product, architecture, and CX

Qualifications

• Must have strong Java and Spring Boot skills.
• Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, persistence, security, testing and performance engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise-scale routing engines that distribute voice and digital interactions in real time.
• Implement intelligent routing algorithms based on skills, priorities, capacity, availability, and business rules.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, resilience, and performance across queues and routing paths.
• Design and maintain APIs for routing configuration, administration, monitoring, and integration requirements.
• Collaborate with CX domain experts to translate operational requirements into routing capabilities.
