Job summary

Triumph Group of Companies in the Greater Toronto Area is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Roofing to lead our largest roofing programs from handover to closeout. You own budgets, schedules, contracts and client relationships across multiple projects, coordinating with estimators, superintendents and general contractors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years managing construction projects with roofing/building envelope focus
• Strong reading knowledge of architectural/structural drawings
• Understanding of contracts, change orders and claims process

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple roofing projects, owning schedule, budget, quality, and safety
• Lead handover from estimating into production, confirm scope and site readiness
• Review and negotiate contracts, subcontracts and purchase orders to mitigate risk
• Build and maintain project schedules with crews and superintendents
• Track costs, changes, and produce claims to protect margins
• Coach and mentor project managers and coordinators, develop quality control documents
