Job summary

Triumph Group of Companies is seeking a Project Executive in Toronto, Ontario. You will serve as the single accountable partner on multi-division projects, owning the client relationship from award to substantial completion and coordinating across divisions to ensure a seamless delivery.

You will chair weekly coordination meetings, manage schedules and logs, and work closely with the COO and VP-level leaders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive project management or construction management on commercial builds.
• Experience running large multi-disciplinary projects ($10M+) across divisions.
• P&L ownership and setting pricing, margin reporting.
• Proficiency with MS Project Online and Procore.
• Experience with glazing, cladding, roofing, waterproofing, curtainwall and facades is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship from award through substantial completion.
• Coordinate bids across Triumph divisions so every scope is quoted once and on time.
• Price the internal coordination fee based on value delivered.
• Chair weekly internal coordination meetings and obtain written updates from each division.
• Maintain a consolidated cross-scope schedule and issue log in MS Project Online.
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, and change orders to present a unified response.
• Escalate to VP when delivery expectations aren’t met.
• Report project-level gross margin and office performance to the COO.
• Build and lead a team of Multi-Scope PMs and a dedicated estimator as growth occurs.
