Job summary

Triumph Group of Companies in Mississauga is seeking an experienced Estimator to develop cost estimates for residential roofing and exterior cladding projects. You will review drawings, specify labour and materials, and prepare bids that are accurate and profitable.

Work closely with project managers, suppliers, and senior leadership to ensure estimates reflect scope, installation methods, and labor requirements. Growth into coordination or design roles is possible.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of estimating experience within residential roofing, cladding, or building envelope construction.
• Knowledge of Local 27 Residential Roofing / Cladding collective agreement environment.
• Strong understanding of residential roofing systems and building envelope components.

Responsibilities

• Review architectural drawings, specifications, and tender documents to understand project scope and installation requirements.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates including labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractor scopes.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for competitive pricing and material availability.
• Identify risks and communicate findings to leadership and operations teams.
• Prepare complete bid submissions with cost breakdowns and supporting documentation.
