Job summary

Consor is seeking a Senior Roadway Design Engineer to lead the planning, design and delivery of complex transportation projects in Canada. You will manage roadway, highway, complete streets and multimodal designs from concept through final design and construction, overseeing geometric layouts, alignments, corridor modeling, drainage coordination and traffic documentation.

You will mentor junior engineers, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, support proposals and client engagement, and help grow

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in civil or structural engineering.
• P.Eng. designation or licensed professional engineer.
• 10+ years of progressive transportation engineering experience.
• Proven ability to lead roadway design and delivery for complex projects.
• Strong proficiency with ORD, AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, development and delivery of roadway and multimodal designs.
• Provide technical leadership for geometric design and corridor modeling.
• Oversee preparation and review of design plans, calculations and reports.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to develop integrated solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and support business development efforts.
• Engage with clients and regulators during design reviews and bids.
