Job summary

Tatham Engineering in Ontario is seeking an Engineer, Project Manager or Senior Engineer, Project Manager in the Transportation group, to work from Barrie or Guelph, with Ottawa or Collingwood considered. Hybrid arrangements may be considered for an experienced candidate.

The role focuses on planning, coordination, design and delivery of road design and reconstruction projects across Ontario, leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with clients, utilities and subconsultants.

Qualifications

• P.Eng. in Ontario or eligible for licensure.
• 5–10 years progressive engineering experience in transportation.
• Experience coordinating with municipalities, utilities and subconsultants.
• Strong communication and client-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate road design and reconstruction projects from proposal through design and tender.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget and client communications.
• Review deliverables and provide technical direction to staff.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subconsultants and approvals agencies.
