Job Description Are You Ready to Make It Happen at Mondelēz International? Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking. Make It With Pride.

As a Category Revenue Growth Manager, you will own the end-to-end RGM agenda for your assigned category, driving profitable net revenue realization through integrated, strategic approaches with our customers. You will champion every RGM lever — from pricing and PPA to mix management and trade optimization — while building the analytical foundation that turns insight into action.

How you will contribute

Category Strategy & Net Revenue Realization

  • Champion all key RGM levers: iPPA, Mix Management, Pricing, Trade Optimization, and Trade Architecture
  • Own and execute the multi-year Net Revenue Realization (NRR) plan for your category, driving sustained price realization and profitable growth.
  • Build and maintain detailed iPPA roadmaps, identifying and prioritizing key pack-price architecture opportunities (including OBPPC and portfolio optimization strategies).
  • Proactively model commodity and cost scenarios to stay ahead of market shifts and inform pricing decisions.
  • Lead mix management efforts, leveraging customer segmentation to optimize category returns across channels.
Trade & Promotional Excellence
  • Leverage trade optimization tools and analytics to identify and reduce inefficient promotional spend, reallocating investment toward higher-ROI activities.
  • Complete promotional post-evaluations in partnership with Finance and Marketing; apply learnings to continuously improve future planning cycles.
  • Approve promotional activity in line with guidelines and conduct regular reviews of trade spend effectiveness.
  • Monitor revenue realization across customers, ensuring pricing strategies are landing as planned.
Customer & Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Work with customer teams to track progress toward critical KPIs: Share, Tonnge, Profit and Revenue.
  • Partner with Brand teams to align RGM strategies with brand priorities, ensuring pricing, promotional, and PPA plans support both category growth and brand health objectives.
  • Collaborate with Sales Finance to ensure all trade spend in the system is accruing correctly.
  • Lead with a GM mindset — every recommendation grounded in the problem-to-solve.
Capability & Talent Development
  • Contribute to enhancing team capabilities, including digital tools (Power BI, Tableau, TPM systems) and analytical frameworks.
  • Support knowledge-sharing and upskilling across the broader RGM team.
  • Where applicable, coach and develop team members, fostering a culture of trial, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career, along with the following experience and knowledge:

Education / Certifications: Bachelor’s/University degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or equivalent (MBA is an advantage)

Job specific requirements:

  • Ability to synthesize multiple data points into a holistic position and translate analysis into clear, compelling storytelling.
  • Preferred Experience leading, coaching, or developing talent within a cross-functional or direct team setting is strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of trade promotion management (TPM) and trade promotion optimization (TPO) systems, along with analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
