Job summary

OMERS & Oxford Properties is seeking a Senior Property Administrator, Revenue Control to join our Finance team in Toronto. This role executes tenant billing, collections, cash application, and related revenue control activities based on lease data and system setup.

You will respond to tenant inquiries, resolve complex account issues, and escalate setup matters as needed. You will support accurate financial records, collaborate with LSA, Operations and Finance, and contribute to process

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, collections, accounting, lease administration, or related field.
• Experience managing complex and non-routine billing, collections, cash application, tenant account maintenance, and related reporting activities.

Responsibilities

• Billing Execution: monthly/annual recurring billings and non-routine billings.
• Collections, Cash Application, and Account Management: cash application, daily deposit reconciliation, complex account adjustments.
• Tenant and Stakeholder Support: respond to tenant inquiries, investigate discrepancies, escalate when needed, and support revenue control procedures.
