Job summary
Picton Mahoney Asset Management (PICTON Investments) is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. You will own reporting, dashboards, and analytics across our three businesses, turning data into actionable revenue insights.
In this hands-on role, you will build executive-level reports, develop KPI dashboards, and automate recurring reporting. You will collaborate with CRM Engineering to improve data models and reporting logic, with a path to leadership as
Qualifications
- Experience building dashboards and data models in Tableau or PowerBI.
- Advanced Excel proficiency with large datasets.
- Working knowledge of SQL and Salesforce reporting.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain dashboards and data models in Tableau or PowerBI.
- Develop and refine executive reporting and dashboards.
- Own monthly executive reporting with estimates and analysis.
- Prepare weekly sales strategy reporting and KPI dashboards.
- Design, build data models and integrate Tableau, Salesforce, and PowerBI.
- Conduct trend analysis and revenue insights to inform strategy.
- Support forecasting and commissions reporting; grow ownership over time.
- Automate recurring reporting to improve accuracy and speed.
- Collaborate with CRM Engineering to improve data models and reporting logic.
