Job summary

Asahi Canada is seeking a Senior Retail Manager for Ontario to drive premium brand growth across channels and manage revenue plans.

You will interact with senior accounts, coordinate with supply chains, and monitor performance against targets in a fast-paced, high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• University degree in a related field (preferred).
• Multi-level sales experience within consumer packaged goods or beverage alcohol.
• Minimum 5 years of Ontario sales experience with sophisticated, multi-unit customers (chains & independents).
• Demonstrated experience selling a premium portfolio of brands in Ontario.
• Additional marketing or retail sales experience is a plus.
• In-Field/Customer Facing/Partner Management accounted for ~20% of time.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities in all channels for the Asahi brands portfolio and deliver the revenue target in the annual plan.
• Own the annual revenue plan and manage risks and opportunities monthly.
• Work with Supply chain to ensure stock on hand and import timelines are met.
• Monitor shipment plans and address potential challenges timely.
• Lead Retail Customer Development and drive presence in the Ontario market.
• Forecast and develop sales strategies and track KPI performance with LCBO.

Main Interfaces

Reports to theNational Director Retail Key Accounts, supports and has regular interaction with all functions,but primarily interacts withthe SupplyChain team and LCBO wholesale division.

Key Responsibilities:

DesiredExperience
