Job summary

You will develop geological and block models, contribute to NI 43-101 reporting, and manage client relationships while mentoring junior geologists. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and cross-disciplinary collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in a comparable geological role within mining or environmental services.
• Strong experience in 3D geological modelling, data analysis and drill planning.
• Understanding of NI 43-101 reporting and due diligence processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop geological models and block models for resource projects.
• Contribute to mineral resource and reserve estimates.
• Prepare NI 43-101 reports and international technical reporting.
• Lead project delivery and manage geologists and consultants.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate findings.
• Ensure safety, schedule, budget, QA/QC and client satisfaction.
• Prepare proposals and contribute to business development plans.
• Build client relationships and deliver high-quality service.
• Mentor junior geologists and support training initiatives.
