Job summary

Minto Group in Ottawa is seeking a Land Development Manager to lead residential land development projects from acquisition through municipal approvals and completion. You’ll drive strategies, manage budgets, schedules, risk, and stakeholder engagements to deliver high-quality communities.

You’ll collaborate with municipal partners and consultants, oversee infrastructure delivery, and guide project teams through tendering, construction, and close-out.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of residential land development experience.
• Civil infrastructure or real estate development experience.
• Planning, approvals, and municipal process experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential land development projects through all phases including acquisition, planning, approvals, servicing, construction, and municipal handover.
• Develop and execute project strategies aligned with budgets, schedules and corporate objectives.
• Accountable for project scope, schedule, budget forecasting and reporting.
• Manage risks, opportunities, issues and stakeholder expectations.
• Oversee infrastructure delivery including grading, services, roads and stormwater.
