To join our team as a Senior Residential Energy Auditor. At CLEAResult, we are dedicated to creating energy-efficient homes and improving the lives of families through high-quality weatherization services. Our team is passionate, skilled, and committed to environmental responsibility and community support. The Senior Weatherization Auditor will help lead and elevate our efforts in residential energy conservation. The Senior Weatherization Auditor will be responsible for performing comprehensive energy audits, assessing home performance, developing work scopes, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local weatherization standards. This role also includes mentoring junior auditors and providing technical guidance to crews and contractors in the field.

Conduct in-depth energy audits of residential buildings using approved diagnostic tools (e.g., blower door, combustion analyzer, ).
Develop cost-effective work scopes for energy efficiency upgrades and health and safety improvements.
Provide technical oversight and mentoring to weatherization team members.
Ensure adherence to all BPI, and local program standards and protocols.
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation for compliance and reporting.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project completion.
In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…
3+ years of experience in residential energy auditing or weatherization.
BPI Building Analyst and/or Energy Auditor certification required.
Strong knowledge of building science, HVAC systems, insulation, and ventilation standards.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites.
A company vehicle will be provided.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with low-income weatherization programs.
Target Compensation:
$29.80/hr
This is a safety-sensitive position and may include field work (such as work in industrial/commercial locations and customer homes), warehouse work, or requires driving on behalf of the company.Individuals provided a conditional offer of employmentfor this position must successfully pass apost-offer, pre-employmentdrug testand consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record.
