Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of market research or related experience.
• Strong data analysis, interpretation and report writing skills.
• Experience managing research projects with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with research and data analysis tools.
• Experience in CPG, retail, technology, or related industries is an asset.
• Advanced statistical modeling and predictive analytics is an asset.
• Familiarity with conjoint analysis, MaxDiff, or neuromarketing is an asset.
• Bilingual English/French is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Participate in client meetings to understand business needs and align research objectives.
• Manage research projects end-to-end with internal teams, ensuring quality, timelines and deliverables.
• Contribute to research design, including methodology development and questionnaire creation.
• Lead data analysis, interpret results, and develop clear insights.
• Prepare and present reports and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Contribute to proposals (RFPs) with research design inputs and materials.
• Ensure quality control throughout all stages, including data validation and final deliverables.
